New Home Construction
Building a new home in Spring Valley Lake requires a series of information and material from the contractor. To ensure this process is executed as smoothly as possible refer to the Architecture Policies and Procedures as well as the New Home Check list.
* The new home checklist must be submitted with 2 sets of plans.Each item on the checklist must be numbered/labeled on each set of plans.
