SOLICITING ON ASSOCIATION PROPERTY
               Spring Valley Lake Association and its amenities are composed of privately owned and operated lots. These properties exist for the sole purpose of recreation and are designated for private use by association members and their guests. Any commercial purposes are strictly forbidden unless sanctioned by the Spring Valley Lake Association Administration. If you would like any more information on solicitation on Association property please contact the Association business office at (760) 245-9756 or in person at 13325 Spring Valley Parkway. Please also take the time to read the SVLA Rules & Regulations pertaining to solicitation.
SOLICITING WITHIN SPRING VALLEY LAKE AND EQUESTRIAN ESTATES 

               The Public Safety Department is not responsible for and does not possess the authority to enforce applicable soliciting ordinances outside of Association properties. However, the Public Safety Department will respond to reports of suspicious activity pertaining to and will redirect the issue to the proper law enforcement authorities. If you would like any information on obtaining a permit for solicitation in the lakeside community, please contact the below office:
