2012 SVL Election Candidates

This year’s election has 4 open Board of Director seats. In the running are 3 new candidates, Marvin Jobes, Dennis Verhagen,and Mike Visser, plus 2 incumbents, Scott Eckert and Jeff Morgan. The seats up for election are currently held by Ken Bodle, Scott Eckert, Ernest Martell and Jeff Morgan. Ken and Ernest are ineligible to run for re-election as they have already served two consecutive terms as Board members. Information and ballots will be mailed out in March. You can meet the candidates on March 31 at the Community Building (13325 Spring Valley Parkway) during the candidate forum. Ballots by mail must be returned to The Inspectors of Election (TIE) by April 26. Elections will be held at the Community Building on April 28, 2012.

Meet your Candidates at the Candidate Forum March 31, 2012 at the Community Building, 1pm.  Candidates will dicuss their candidacy and answer questions from the audience.

Election Ballots will be mailed out to members at the end of March. Ballots by mail must be returned to TIE no later than Thursday, April 26, 2012 by 5pm.

The SVL Annual Meeting and Election of Directors will be held at the Community Building on Sautrday, April 28, 2012. Registration of Hand Delivered Ballots begins at 9:45 a.m. Call to Order is at 10 a.m.
